What we do
Using illustrations to tell
Real Life Stories of the vulnerable.
Bringing you perspectives of the beneficiaries from the low-income community in Singapore,
"Not The End: A Magnified Look Into Income Volatility and COVID-19's Woes" is a graphic novel created with the local flavour, uncovering life struggles through this COVID-19 Pandemic.
Based on true stories.

Gamifying experience to
galvanise change.
A 2-hour interactive and experiential workshop to allow the participants to live the life of individuals from all walks of life, with the focus on
introducing the concept of income volatility
and a glimpse of the life of an individual
in the low-income community.
Who we are

A youth-driven initiative that strives to raise civic awareness on Singapore's social issues.
By shedding light on the social issues that the vulnerable communities in Singapore face, we aim to inspire and encourage our community to grow an interest in various community issues, as well as drive them to initiate social changes.

What others say
"Unseen City is full of heart.
It shares true stories from real people without whitewashing their struggles, nor denying their strength. Would recommend to people who want to casually learn about social issues, as well as people who are part of the social space.
If you are interested to find out more about social issues or to take action, I invite you to check out my favourite Telegram channels about social issues: @openjio and @volunteerjio. No effort is too small! "

“Unseen city is revolutionising the way we approach awareness and education on social issues in Singapore.
Working with them to bring their game of life to the community was a joy; we were impressed by their enthusiasm and openness to feedback, and all our participants truly enjoyed themselves while learning about people from different walks of life. I look forward to working with Unseen City again and bring their unique approach of raising awareness to more people. All the best to Unseen City!”
